Care Plan Design
We propose a tailored plan based on the senior's needs, preferences, and the family's priorities.
Team Introduction
Before visits start, the caregiver meets the senior and family in a brief, informal introductory session.
Ongoing Review
We keep in regular contact with families and adjust the care plan as needs change over time.
Service 01
Social Engagement Visits
Structured visits focused on keeping an elderly family member mentally stimulated and socially connected. A trained companion engages the senior in conversation, light cognitive activities, reading aloud, board games, or guided reminiscence — all tailored to the individual's interests and cognitive ability.
Sessions last two to three hours and can be scheduled several times per week. This service addresses the emotional side of aging — helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and maintain a sense of connection to the world around them.

How a visit works
Companion arrives at a pre-agreed time and greets the senior warmly — always the same face they have come to expect.
Session follows a flexible structure — conversation, activity, or simply being present, based on how the senior feels that day.
After the visit, the companion completes a brief report summarising mood, activities, and any observations for the family.
Service 02
Medical Appointment Management
A full-service accompaniment and coordination package for managing an elderly individual's medical schedule. This includes booking and confirming appointments, arranging transport, physically accompanying the senior to clinics or hospitals, and taking clear notes during consultations.
The aide also helps organise medical paperwork and prescription records, then relays full information to the family afterward. Designed for families who want their loved one's healthcare handled thoroughly, without the burden falling entirely on family members.

How this service works
Our aide contacts the relevant clinic to book the appointment, confirming details with the family and arranging appropriate transport in advance.
The senior is escorted to and from the appointment. The aide remains present during consultations, asking clarifying questions and taking thorough notes.
A written summary is shared with the family covering what was discussed, any prescriptions issued, and recommended follow-up steps.

All-Inclusive Home Wellness Program
A complete home care ecosystem designed to support every facet of an elderly individual's daily life. This includes daily personal care, customised meal planning and cooking, medication management with physician coordination, regular health observations, engaging social activities, accompanied outings, and household maintenance.
