How do we get started with Ambervine?
Start by reaching out through our contact form or calling us directly. We will arrange an initial conversation — usually a short phone call — to understand your loved one's situation and explain how we can help. There is no commitment at this stage.
Can we change or update the care plan over time?
Absolutely. We expect care needs to shift — that is simply part of aging. All of our plans are reviewed regularly with families, and adjustments can be made with reasonable notice. Flexibility is built into how we work.
Who are the caregivers, and how are they selected?
All caregivers are employed directly by Ambervine and pass thorough background checks before joining our team. We also look for individuals with genuine warmth and patience. You and your family member will meet any proposed caregiver before regular visits begin.
What areas of New Taipei City do you serve?
We are based in Banqiao District and currently serve most of New Taipei City. If you are unsure whether your area is within our range, please call us or send a message — we are always happy to clarify.
What is the difference between Social Engagement Visits and the full Wellness Program?
Social Engagement Visits are focused specifically on companionship and mental stimulation — ideal for a family member who is broadly independent but would benefit from regular, meaningful contact. The All-Inclusive Home Wellness Program is a comprehensive daily structure for those who need broader support across personal care, meals, and health monitoring.
How is payment handled?
We invoice monthly in New Taiwan Dollars (NT$). Payment can be made by bank transfer. Detailed pricing for each service is outlined on our Solutions page, and we discuss all costs clearly before any agreement is in place.
